Description: April 18, 2018 at the RM of St. Laurent Council Chambers 6:45 PM By-Law 1/2018 to amend by-Law 5/05. GENERAL INTENT: 1) To amend "Part 1. Interpretation, Subsection 1.3 Definitions" by adding definitions for "Gallery" and "Museum" 2) To amend "Part 6 General Development Zone, Table 6-1 General Development Use Table" by adding "Galleries and Museums" as a "P" for Permitted Use in the General Development Zone. 6:50 PM By-Law 2/2018 to amend by-law 5/05 GENERAL INTENT: 1) To amend "Part 1. Interpretation, Subsection 1.3 Definitions" by adding definitions for "Special Events" 2) To amend "Part 5 Rural Agricultural Zone, Table 5-1 Rural Agricultural Use Table" by adding "Special Events" as a "C" for Conditional Use in the "AG" Agricultural General and "AR" Agricultural Restricted Zones. 3) To amend "Part 6 General Development Zone, Table 6-1 General Development use Table" by adding "Special Events" as a "C" for Conditional Use in the General Development Zone.
